3 Ideas for the perfect girls’ day out

For some women there’s nothing like hanging out with your best girl friends. If you’re keen to arrange your next meet up but you’re stuck for ideas on how to plan a jam-packed, super fun-filled day out, there is help at hand. So that you can put together the perfect day, here are three activities you can enjoy with your friends.

1. Shop ‘til you drop

There’s no denying that hitting up the shops is fun, especially if you’ve got your girls in tow. So if you’re looking for a superbly indulgent day, why not head out to your local shopping centre or high street for some serious retail therapy? Regardless of whether you’re looking for something in particular or you just fancy a browse, having your best pals with you while you sashay around changing rooms or pour over bags and shoes is time well spent. Whether you’re going shopping in Liverpool, Birmingham or London, you shouldn’t struggle to find somewhere near to you where you can splash the cash with your girlfriends at your side.

2. Kick back at a luxury spa

For a day of ultimate relaxation, you could organise for you and your girls to kick back at a luxury spa. From unwinding with a deep tissue massage, to having a deluxe manicure or pedicure treatment, to simply chilling out in the sauna or steam room, there a whole host of luxurious treatments that you and your friends can indulge in throughout the day. Between each pamper session, you’ll get the chance to catch up with your pals while enjoying the serenity and calming atmosphere the spa has to offer.

3. Indulge in afternoon tea

If you and your girls have a penchant for a gossip and chin wag over a cuppa, then having a spot of afternoon tea could be the perfect day out for you. Usually, this quintessentially British speciality is considered a pre-dinner delight, offering you the chance to nibble on delicious finger sandwiches and layers of tasty treats, including cakes and scones, while you wash it all down with cups of hot tea. To mix it up, some restaurants allow you to swap your tea for something fizzy, such as a glass of prosecco or champagne.

Regardless of what you get up to on your next girls’ day out, you’re guaranteed to have a great time if you’re surrounded by your most loved pals.
