OXO Tot Review + Giveaway

I've reviewed for OXO a few times now. Whenever they pop an email in my inbox asking if I'd like to try something new and give feedback, I always say yes. This is because every single one of their products that I've come across has been absolutely brilliant. I think it's the quality and design of their products that has left me so impressed time and time again.

OXO's product lines include:

  • Cooking Tools
  • Household Cleaning Tools
  • Baby and Toddler Products
  • Bath Cleaning Tools and Accessories
  • Barware
  • Garden Tools
  • Storage and Organisation Products
  • Waste Cans
  • Lighting
  • Office Products

And they have
the following brand names:

This post, I'll be focusing on 3 of their products from their Tot range for babies..

1. Sippy cup set 200ml in Aqua

First up is their sippy cup set which is available in aqua (as seen), green or raspberry. This is by far my favourite item that we picked out for review. Ever since we've had it Ethan has been drinking much more than he ever did before. As soon as I gave it to him he knew how to use it straight away. It's hard to explain but I feel like this cup has exceeded any other cup we've tried (and we've tried a few) when it comes to Ethan having his independence when drinking.A few of it's features include:

  • Transforms to Training Cup as child grows and develops
  • Leak proof valve prevents spills
  • Valve releases pressure for comfortable sipping
  • Has removable non-slip Handles
  • Dimple in Sippy Cup lid makes room for little noses
  • Training Cup lid insert is perforated to control the flow of liquid when child drinks
  • Perforated lid slows spills to minimise messes
  • Remove the Training lid insert to convert to a regular Cup
  • Liquid level can be seen through translucent Cup
  • Soft, non-slip grips
  • BPA, phthalate and PVC free
  • 6 months +
  • Top rack dishwasher safe
The quality of this cup is absolutely one of the best I've ever come across. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for their own babys' first cup. To buy, it is priced at £10.21. Details of where to buy will be available below.

2. On the go Feeding Spoon in Aqua

We picked this out because I think it's much more hygienic to have a travel case for your baby's feeding spoon rather than just storing it in a random changing bag side pocket. I also felt like it looked like it was a great quality weaning spoon and I was right. As with every single OXO product I've come across there's no cheaping out on quality here. This is much better than any commonly used plastic baby spoon. Features include:
  • Set includes: Travel Case, Feeding Spoon
  • Case conveniently stores Feeding Spoon for on-the-go meals
  • Compact size is perfect for changing bags and handbags
  • Silicone Spoon feels soft on baby’s mouth and gums
  • Silicone edge on Spoon is soft yet effective for scraping food from bowls, jars or messy faces
  • Spoon is shaped for easy scooping
  • Shallow Spoon head prevents feeding too much at once
  • Spoon’s contoured handle is angled for easy feeding
It's priced at £4.50 details of where to buy below.

3. Flippy Snack Cup in Aqua

I was so excited by this. We always carry a little snack pot around with us for Ethan and this looked just brilliant. And though I love the quality and design of it, I've found that the snacks inside go soft very quickly which really disappoints me! I wish we'd opted for their flip-top snack cup instead now. I don't know if it's the same for everyone, as looking at the product on their website it's won a couple of product awards, so maybe it's just me finding this problem. I'll have to keep on having a little play around with it and see how we get on. Features include:

  • Soft, comfortable flaps provide easy access to snacks
  • Flaps keep snacks in the Cup and off the floor
  • Twist-on lid won't pop off, even when Cup is dropped
  • Travel cover snaps on to keep snacks contained while on the go
  • Non-slip handle conveniently hooks onto strollers and is easy for little hands to hold
It's priced at £6, details of where to buy below.
