Giveaway Disclaimer

Please only enter giveaways on my blog once you have read through and are happy to agree to the following:

• From time to time I like to team up with some of the companies that I collaborate with to hold giveaways so that the readers of my blog have the chance to experience the product for themselves. 

• Giveaways on this blog are open to residents of the UK only unless otherwise stated due to postage costs for the company. 

• Any personal data given as part of the competition entry is used for this purpose only and will not be shared with third parties, with the exception of the winners’ information which will be passed on to the PR/ Brand responsible and used only for delivery of their prize.

• Winners of my giveaways will be emailed directly by me first, so that I can obtain their name and address and any other additional information that I need to send on to the relevant PR company. 

• Please be aware that I do not send the prizes out directly, they come directly from the brand/PR company (unless otherwise stated). Therefore, in the event of un-recieved prizes I cannot be held responsible though I will do my very best to chase prizes up.

• Winners must reply to my email within 21 days of my first email being sent otherwise another winner will be chosen.
