Designing And Bringing To Life Logan's Dream 'Rubble' Horse

If you're a long-term reader of this blog then you might remember the time that Ethan had the opportunity to design and create his very own dream horse - turning his imaginative drawings into a cuddly soft toy. If you don't remember the post then you can find it here. We worked with Petplan Equine Horse Insurance to create Ethan's dinosaur-themed horse and he was over the moon with it. And now that Logan is that bit older, they've very kindly given Logan the same opportunity - to design and create his very own unique dream horse.

When we sat down with Logan and asked him what design he'd like for his horse, he answered straight away with 'Rubble'. He's a huge fan of the Paw Patrol TV show and Rubble is his favourite pup and so he set about creating a Rubble themed horse with his Dad's help. They chose orange and yellow colours to match Rubble and even included a little badge just like the pups have on the show.

Once Logan decided that he was happy with his design, we sent a copy of it over to Petplan who set about bringing his dream horse soft toy to life for him. We couldn't wait to see the result!

When it arrived at our house Logan instantly recognised his design and was so excited to see how his dream horse had been brought to life in the form of his new soft toy. He couldn't wait to put it with his Rubble soft toy and cuddle and play with them both.

As a child, I think it must be so magical to see something that you've designed like that be made into a soft toy that you can hold, play with, take to bed and keep forever.

We had so much fun taking part in the dream horse campaign again - a huge thank you goes to Petplan for giving both of my boys the opportunity to create something special like this.

Since Petplan's inception in 1976, their priority has been to keep the nation's horses healthy and their owners happy. By offering the very best equine insurance policies and great customer service, they have helped owners get their beloved horses back on to health following illness or injury.

From the start, Petplan understood that horse owners have specific needs when it comes to finding the right insurance policy, and became one of only a few equine horse insurance providers to offer genuine ‘lifetime’ policies.

Petplan works with more animal rehoming charities than any other pet insurance provider and are committed to supporting charities and the vital work they do. They work with more than 1,200 charities throughout the UK and in 1994, they formed the Petplan Charitable Trust which has so far raised more than £7million towards a better, healthier world for animals.

Thank you for reading.

  1. Wow, getting to design and create his very own dream horse must have been fun! It is so important to make sure any animals are insured in case of emergencies.
