Being More Adventurous At Meal Times With Gousto

Last month I discovered Gousto and boy do I wish I'd tried them earlier!

If you follow me on social media then you've probably already seen me say how much I have been loving Gousto. Last month I was invited to try their service and I'd never tried anything like it before so I was interested in how it all worked and what the meals would be like and ever since then I've been hooked! Now my Husband and I can't wait to look each week and see what they have on their website to order! I have to say as a busy Mum with young children, I did have a tendency to buy the same sorts of meals each week on the food shop, with a lack of time available it was just easier to stick to buying the ingredients for meals I already knew.

I think that's my one of my favourite things about Gousto though - the recipes are already thought up, you simply scroll through the website (you can sort by dietary needs) and you pick whatever takes your fancy. The perfectly measured ingredients are then delivered straight your door with a recipe card (that you can keep for later if you wish to remake the meal). And then during the week at dinner time you just follow the easy instructions and cook your meal.

Gousto has opened us up to so many more dinner ideas and it's meant that we've tried foods that we may never have though to try. We've learnt a few tricks too - one of my favourites is how to make tofu (which I've always found quite bland) taste absolutely incredible with just two extra ingredients!

Gousto understand that home cooking is important and their three brand new (new for 2018) ranges make it even more simple, convenient and enjoyable to put good, wholesome food on the table. They are also one of the UK’s lowest priced recipe boxes with meals starting from just £2.98 per serving including free delivery!

Excitingly Gousto invited me along to London last week to try some of the new ranges and just as I have been with each meal we've tried at home, I was completely wow'ed - they really do know how to make the most flavoursome dishes! And so I thought I'd tell you a bit about each of the new ranges..

Boost & Balance - Packed full of goodness, each recipe offers lean proteins and two (or more!) of your five-a-day and balanced carbs including freekeh, black rice and wheat berries. if you're looking to eat better and feel better in the new year then this one's for you!

Plant-Based - This is which I am personally SO excited about as veganism is something I am currently looking in to. As of the 26th December 2017 Gousto have been offering their customers at least four inventive, plant-based dishes each week, using high quality ingredients. Meals include: Curried Coconut Quinoa with Roasted Cauli & Kale and Harissa Hummus, Roasted Veg & Freekeh Salad

Fine Dine In  - Launching in February the Fine Dine In range will offer gourmet-style recipes with classic sides so you can enjoy spending time with (and treating!) loved ones to an impressive home-cooked dish.

One of my goals this year is to try more plant-based meals and cut dairy out a bit more (though not entirely yet) and I also want to try new things and be a bit more adventurous and I know that this is going to be totally achievable with Gousto who offer 25 weekly recipes, including vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and family-friendly options.

Try Gousto's impressive and easy to cook dishes yourself just use the code INF18A via this link: http://bit.ly/2BennMS and get a huge 50% off of your first two boxes!

Thank you for reading.
