A UK BASED FAMILY & LIFESTYLE BLOG

I'm a happy person. Mostly. I mean, I don't walk around with a smile on my face 100% of the time. But show me someone that does? I like to try and surround myself with happy things. I like to think about things on a deeper level and this often makes me think about how short life is and how you really do need to try and make the most of it. I think naturally this means, trying to make the most of each situation, creating your own life, your own future. Being aware of your own mind and training it to always look on the bright side of life. It's part of the reason I created this blog - a way of capturing what it felt like to be happy.

And yes life isn't always bright. It's certainly not always sunshine and rainbows. Of course it isn't. But finding happiness isn't about living the 'perfect' life. Happiness comes from within most of the time. And what might be perfect to one person, is rarely perfect to the next. As people, we're all different, we're each unique individual personalities, each living life in our own individual ways. So why do we feel the need to judge others for the way they choose to live their lives? Why can't we live and let live?

As human beings, I think it's far too easy for some of us to get caught up on what someone else is doing or not doing. The problem with that is, we rarely know the persons back story. There's an old saying which goes something like 'You can't really understand a person until you've walked a mile in their shoes'.

Unless you live with a person, most of us only ever see snippets in to other peoples lives. The strangers we pass daily, the person we had a quick two minute conversation with, the Mums/Dads we meet at baby group, the friends we meet up with, the bloggers and vloggers we follow on the Internet, even those who share their lives - remember that it's only a part of their lives.

Every single person that we meet or hear about has their own unique story - a story that they are still currently writing.
