I'm not really one to make new years resolutions. I'm not even really one to celebrate new year as such. I like January, I like that it means starting new. For me, it marks the calm after the mad rush of Christmas and I like that. I like having a clear, simple living room again and I like to speculate about what the new year will have in store for us. But the whole 'new year, new me' thing just really isn't very me. I don't believe that I should only try and better myself or change things in the coming of a new year. I'm a great believer in living in the present and using everyday as an opportunity for improvement.
